City Leader Program 

Major Functions:

Conduct member orientation classes.Present the opportunity and business model to potential members in a group setting.

Conduct product knowledge classes.

Conduct facial treatments parties.

Conduct product demonstration and seminars.

Collaborate with City Manager to create marketing events.

Collaborate with City Manager to create public awareness media  events.

Plan and execute the Quarterly Super Saturday Events.

Interview members and potential members with leadership and professional skills.

Monitor and execute activities to meet weekly and monthly sales goals.

City Manager

Major Functions

Manage application process of new independent member in the Local Area.

Conduct pre sign up interview of potential independent member.

Process payment for sales or subscription of new members.

Manage store or facility location.

Arrange product display in the facility location.

Inventory Control.

Keeps accurate record of facility’s utility bills for corporate’s accounting department.

Assist City Leader with corporate events and sales promotional events

Submit accounting and payment record every Monday to corporate.

Submit inventory requisition to corporate weekly.

Coordinate and identify an administrative team, ushers, set up and tear down committees in every event planned for the Local City marketplace.
